Where is Shine Jewelers located?
Shine Jewelers is inside Town Center at Cobb mall, 400 Ernest W Barrett Pkwy NW, Suite 267, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Call us at 678-994-7161.
What are your store hours?
Monday to Thursday 11 AM to 8 PM, Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday 12 PM to 6 PM. Holiday hours may change, so call ahead to confirm.
Is your gold real?
Yes. Our gold chains and bracelets are real 10K, 14K or 18K gold, and each listing shows the karat in the name. Our silver is 925 sterling silver. Gold plated items are clearly named "Gold Plated Sterling Silver".
What is the difference between solid and semi-solid gold chains?
Solid chains are gold all the way through, heavier and very strong. Semi-solid chains use less gold inside, so they are lighter and cost less for the same width. Both are real gold.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. Every order is insured and needs a signature on delivery. For overnight shipping, contact us before you order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free, and every order is insured.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. We offer buy now, pay later options at checkout, and a 90-day payment option through Acima. We also accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and Venmo.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Online orders can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Custom, personalized and special order items, gift cards and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Email shinejewelerstc@gmail.com to start an exchange.
Why is the gram weight approximate?
Gold chain weights can vary a little from piece to piece. If your chain weighs less than what you paid for, we refund the difference. If it weighs more, we will contact you before charging anything extra.
Can I choose my chain length and width?
Yes. Every chain and bracelet lets you pick the length and width, and the price updates as you choose.
Do you make custom jewelry?
Yes. We make custom pieces to your design, including pendants, rings and chains. Send us your idea through our custom jewelry page or visit the store.
Do you repair jewelry?
Yes, we do jewelry repairs in our Kennesaw store. Bring your piece in and we will take a look.
Is moissanite a real diamond?
No. Moissanite is a different gemstone that looks a lot like a diamond and costs much less. We always tell you which stone you are buying. Read our guide on moissanite vs diamond.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds made in a lab instead of mined from the earth. They have the same hardness and sparkle and usually cost less.
